Jiangsu Province Optoelectronic Technology Innovation Center focuses on the core technologies for optoelectronics and brings together domestic and overseas innovation resources particularly in the realms of optical communication, advanced display, and optical sensing to tackle the technical challenges. It takes an application-driven approach to implement the national innovation strategy and promotes the transfer, commercialization, and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements through industry-university-research collaboration. It aims to build itself into an internationally and domestically leading R&D institution and innovation base, trying to become a national-level optoelectronic technology innovation center.
